Services
Liberty Systems provides website design, hosting, and marketing automation services to contracting businesses on a month-to-month subscription basis.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. Set‑up or printing add‑ons may be billed as one‑time fees.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content, logos, and images you provide us. You grant Liberty Systems a limited license to use them solely to deliver the services.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to send unlawful content, spam, or violate anyone's rights, including telemarketing and messaging laws (e.g., TCPA).
Warranty & liability
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Liberty Systems' aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in‑app notice.
